January calendar of celebrations of The Roman Catholic Church

A new year has just started and, at the beginning of the year, it is crucial to prepare for the crucial dates waiting for Catholics in January. This month, there is a number of important dates which should be kept in mind and this calendar will help you to organise your celebration.

The solemnities celebrated in the January 2022

The first solemnity of the year happens on the first of January. This year the event took place on Saturday. This is a crucial celebration of The Roman Catholic Church known as Mary mother of God.

The next especially important event of the Catholic Church is undeniably Epiphany Saint André Bessette which is celebrated on the 6th of January.
